Merry Ann has held accounting positions of increasing responsibility, ranging from staff accountant to controller in a wide variety of industries.  Her experience in all areas of business accounting has provided a strong background for working with a variety of small businesses.

Merry Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting “with honors” from the University of Kentucky and is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  She is also an Enrolled Agent, qualified to practice before the IRS.

Ken Lewellyn, M.S.

Ken has a background in Sales and Materials Management, with extensive experience in Purchasing and Inventory Control across several different industries.  He has also owned and operated a number of small businesses.

He is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a master's degree in Organizational/Cross-Cultural Communication from Murray State University.  Additionally, he has received the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) certification from the International Business Broker Association.  He is one of six business brokers in the state of Tennessee to receive this professional certification.
