To meet the needs of our clients, Tennessee Business Services, Inc. was established as a Tennessee Accounting firm to provide accounting, tax, and business advisory services to corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout Middle Tennessee. We provide quality service for our clients by staying abreast of accounting and tax law changes and by taking a proactive interest in the smooth financial management of your business. At Tennessee Business Services, Inc., we make it our goal to understand the individual needs of every client including addressing industry specific challenges, compliance needs and standard tax practices.  

Tennessee Business Services was founded with the specific intent of supporting small-to-medium sized businesses.  Tennessee Business Services is locally owned and operated from Hendersonville, Tennessee by Ken and Merry Ann Lewellyn.

Merry Ann has held accounting positions of increasing responsibility, ranging from staff accountant to controller in a wide variety of industries.  Merry Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Ken has a background in Sales and Materials Management, with extensive experience in Purchasing and Inventory Control across several different industries.  He is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a master's degree in Organizational/Cross-Cultural Communication from Murray State University.
